The new high-tech design is worthy of mention, but the changes here are substantial and go beyond the surface. For starters, this vibrator is extremely quiet. In fact, it's one of the quietest combination vibrators we've heard. This noise reduction is a major accomplishment considering vibrators with rotating beads and gyrating shafts tend to create more internal friction, and therefore more noise.
